Northern Michigan hip hop at it's finest!! We had a packed studio tonight at New Leonard Media!! K Love of Kalkaska, B.R.I. of Frankfort and Micah Byrnes of Traverse City came by & showed us their amazing gifts!! The emotions felt from the lyrics in all 3 of these hip hop artists music were totally real tonight! Awesome music!! We gotta put together some kind of live show for these guys!! We also heard from Spencer of A War Within with some very cool news about a cover contest they are having!! Man! Dammit dammit dammit!!! Apparently we had some issues with the live broadcast tonight. 😬 But, we were saved by Brandon and Kayla!! They popped up a live Facebook feed just in time to give away the Def Leppard tickets!!! Congratulations John Davis of Honor, Michigan!!! Jason Boudrot, another musical guest from Massachusetts who was using the "6 People Away" card, got roped into a little prank we pulled on B. Davis! I'll tell ya this, the Michigan acts were awesome!! Graves Crossing, No Resolve & the high energy badassery of Kaleido was intense!! We really hope they tuned in to the live show because we wanna chat with them some more! And because everyone LOVES reviews, (Hint Hint! 😉) we bring you a full review of the NMRA's we broadcast live from last Friday inside the incredible atmosphere of The Bearded Dogg Lounge!! We even won an award if you haven't heard yet!! Best Music Promoter of Northern Michigan baby!! Frankie of Becoming Human delivers some powerful speeches in the clips we play.
